I wanted some running lights on the rear of my bike for visibility..so I bought 2 flexible 12" led strips off Ebay for less than $5 a piece..they come pre-wired with hot and ground, can be cut to length every 3 leds,have 3M tape on the back and are waterproof

I just stuck them across the face of the rear turn signals..The turn signals are still bright orange when turned on..the led strips dont effect their visibility at all, I wired them into the wiring harness in the tail under the brake light
Green=ground
Brown=Running light

A cheap very effective upgrade all for less than $10..I am pleased :D

Looks orange in pics cuz of camera but is actually fire engine red in color to the naked eye

I noticed you changed the rear tire, still 140? Which one is it?
called a Duro ...it's still a 140..I wouldn't recommend this tire..I can feel the rear end stepping out as I accelerate out of sharp corners at lower speeds..

have a little off each strip of the 4 i got.
i didnt think of using on the bike but now may do just one or two of the LEDS strategically located.your orange ones match the signal color
pretty close.

its actually bright dark red in color..pics dont do them justice at all..much brighter and noticeable in daytime to the naked eye than the pic lets on....also the night shot just makes it look really orange (the stock brake light and knight rider aux brake light at the bottom of the license plate also looks orange but are both pure red just as the leds to the naked eye) guess I should I try to get some better shots sometime soon and edit these pics
