Last night i went to a motorcycle superstore to look at bikes until i get my cbr,long story short--- i ended up buying a 2011 ducati monster 696,matt white finish,all it took was for me to see it and sit on it,wife is mad i spent so much,they were suppose to deliver it tonight,but too much rain,they wanted to take it out for a test.So it looks like tomorrow afternoon,gotta admit when u buy a ducati u get special treatment,sales men said go pick a couple shirts and a hat off the wall,when i looked at the prices$45 bucks a tee shirt, i went back over and asked him about a fender eliminator kit instead,he had to check with the gm ,but i got the ok.They didnt even charge me to put it on.but im sure i pd one way or another.only thing i can say bikes look a whole lot diff in person,soo mean looking,those italians sure make nice motorcycles

There was a 17 yr old kid with his parents buying him for his b-day a 848 racer.I was nosey, i just had to ask him,he told me he never rode before, and that he just saw it in a mag,lol ,i told him to ride a scooter first,i think the problem was----- money no object,they arrived in a maybach.I didnt get envious of the 848, it was a big reach for me, not to mention this kid was smaller then me.If i was him i would have went for the ferrari,although he prob has one at home,lol

Hey DASIK that 848 is amazing,it was someones bike,big sold sign on it,even though i bought the monster i kept looking at that bike too,but way to big for me,and i have been riding on and off for 20 yrs ,and i still dont know ****,and in comes a 100 Lb kid and buys the 848
