... the next thing to do is to take some time, and read through the Owner's Manual. Then read it again. ;)

While it is perfectly normal to have questions about a new bike, an awful lot of new CBR250R/RA owners who join this forum site have not bothered to open their Owner's Manuals and take the time to find out for themselves the most basic things that every rider who owns one of these bikes needs to know... scheduled maintenance intervals, proper tire pressure, recommended fuel grade/octane, pre-ride checks & inspections, engine starting procedure, and drive chain adjustment are just a few of the important items covered in the Owner's Manual that came with your new CBR250R/RA.

There are a lot of members here on the site who are very helpful, and more than willing to share their knowledge, and explain various technical aspects of this bike, as well as general motorcycling topics. That said, it does get a bit 'old' when quite a few of the first threads that new members start often pertain to questions/topics that are covered in detail in the Owner's Manual. We all had to start somewhere, and the majority of experienced riders here started by reading their bikes O/M. For new owners who want more in depth and detailed information about their bike, the Factory CBR250R/RA Service Manual* is an invaluable resource, as is the forum search function that is found at the top of each page... it's almost an understatement to say that there is a wealth of information contained in the many threads found here in the various topic specific forums.
