I used Inox on my ignition barrel myself and a few weeks down the track same issue sticking again, I travel aprox, 110 k's to and from work each day even in the rain, wash the CBR once a week or fortnight... I ended up flushing it out with Inox, Blew it out with compressed air, and inserted Graphite powder, inserted key a few times and gave it some turns and removed excess with my breath... its been over 1000 k,s since and have not had the same problem
thanks to members recommending wd40 which solved my jammed ignition/lock..
ride in rain, been rained on, so now place a [red] cap from a coq10 [supplement]
bottle i had handy, over the ignition/lock.. small lip under cap fits nicely between
barrel and holder, thus making ignition/lock waterproof with key out/parked..
preference would be a rubber cap for fit, but this fix does the trick..
