Yes, both are Honda's made, maybe it's even the exact same part just with a different catalog number?
In any case, the principle of disassembly and assembly is the same.
Especially in assembly where the tensioner must be tightened when the plunger is pulled in, and the plunger must be released only after the element is fastened in place.
There is a special accessory that can be used to hold the plunger when it is folded in, but it is also possible to hold the plunger in by screwdriver as I demonstrated in the video above.
