I choose a mustard color, a simulation photo attached in yellow:
Tire Wheel Fuel tank Motorcycle Automotive fuel system

Item Number 1, 4 and 5:

The first item, The windshield (In the first picture marked number 4), I ordered before this project was born (to improve the air flow at speed over 100 km/h. I haven't had a chance to test it yet). Now and in retrospect, it is clear that the double bubble of Puig (LINK) goes well with Aprilia's windshield design.
It cost me approx 73USD + 122USDfor shipping (195USD Total)

I started the project from the chair (In the first picture marked number 1), because the amount of colors of fabrics is more limited. Alternatively, ordering upholstery fabric at special color is not something that is currently available for sale to individuals (not in my budget).
I gave this work to a professional upholsterer.
It cost me approx 120USD. The main part of the price was the cost of the fabric, the fabric will stay with me and will be enough to upholster two or three chairs.
Here is the result:
Plant pear Petal Tints and shades Flower
Amber Wood Font Metal Pattern
Yellow Hood Comfort Safety glove Personal protective equipment

I started the painting with the color of the frame.
In the case of the Honda it is: MAT AXIS GRAY METALLIC
I ordered the spray container from a local store, the price of one spray container is about 23 USD.
The first item I painted was the giant "H" logo on the side covers (In the first picture marked number 5), and this is the result:

Item Number 2, 3 and 8:

Revolver Bumper Air gun Shotgun Automotive exterior

The fuel tank front covers (In the first picture marked number 3)

& The Shock Absorber Spring (In the first picture marked number 8).
In our Honda, the visibility of the shock absorber is limited, but you can see it when you look from behind, it's not a striking design feature, but I decided for fun to include it in the project, and this is what came out:

I'm not a designer, it's not my strong field.
Copying design principles is at least as difficult as redesigning.
I feel like I've taken on more than I'm capable of, but I'm in it so I'll try to do my best.

In order not to spoil the beautiful work the designers did on Aprilia, I try to stick to the original as much as possible, but the flow lines of the Honda are different from the flow lines of the Aprilia.
I admit that with elements 2 and 5 I had beginner's luck.
Please note that I chose to change the tilt direction of the stripes, see explanation in the following image:

Item Number 7:
With Under Cowl (item 7) I got into trouble,
Wood Font Table Art Eyewear

and now it seems to me that I am in the right direction, and this is how it looks at the moment:

After another day, yes, I am very satisfied and happy with the result:

Item Number 6:
The Front Wheel (In the first picture marked number 6):
There was no design challenge in this item, except from the color choice. I'm working with two shades of mustard, one gloss (shiny like the original fuel tank is shiny), and the other a matte metallic finish (matte metallic like the original frame/wheel color which is a matte metallic).
This means I expect a good match between the two rims, even though they are different paint colors (Gray vs Mustard).
The wheel is a very big challenge for painting, for several reasons:
  1. There are many internal corners, that are difficult to reach for cleaning.
  2. There is a very large amount of surfaces, the large amount is not the problem, the problem is that each surface is located in space at a different angle. In the ideal situation, the spray paint container should be upright and perpendicular to the painting surface, and for the most wheel surface it is impossible to reach this situation.
  3. You have to create an effective partition between the tire and the rim: You don't want paint to get on the tire, you also don't want the edge of the rim remain without paint. And then you have the stage when you removed the partition but without the paint tearing off.
  4. Our wheel is an aluminum casting, the problem is that the manufacturer left part of the wheel with a natural finish for sand castings, i.e. a rough finish, and the peripheral part(the rim) has a smooth finish. To maintain compatibility between the front and rear wheel, the rough finish must be stay as it is. Therefore, all painting and polishing work should be carried out under this restriction. For example: If you paint a thick base color and sand it, the rough finish will disappear under the base color.
  5. The process is really long and requires a lot of care and patience. It took me 7 hours to prepare the wheel for painting, and it took me another 7 hours to paint all four layers: Base color (two layers), Mustard color (two layers), Pearl color to strengthen the metallic effect (one layer), and Matte varnish (two layers )

I am very satisfied and happy with the paint result.

With this job I actually finished the painting job.
It was a school for me in professional painting, I learned a lot from it, I lack the patience for this type of work, but fortunately I was able to gather energy to complete the job on the best side.
The total of all the materials for painting cost me about 200 USD

That looks good! Stick with it
THANKS (y) :)
I estimate that the full integration will take me a few more days, and then it will be interesting to see how it looks at sunlight... right now it looks really good and promising.... I hope I won't be disappointed in the nere future.

@Tamir those are petal disks at the front if I'm not wrong. Where'd you find those? :D Looking good tho (y)
I bought this disc about two years ago, now I have assembled it and I haven't had a chance to test it yet. Its thickness starts from 4.5 mm, and the limit for replacement is 4.0 mm. It is well built, looks sharp and high quality
...and now I also noticed that it is more beautiful than the original disc and really adds to the refreshing look of the Aprilia suit;)(y)

I checked AliExpress and saw that the deal is still in the air (LINK).
Two years ago I paid a similar price (in total I paid 88USD).

Yesterday I assembled the new shock absorber (In the first picture marked number 8), the old one was finished, and I painted the new one. As I explained before, from a design point of view our shock absorber does not stand out, but it really nice when it is painted.

Last Up Date:
Disadvantages:

1. The light color will now be more sensitive to the issue of getting dirty.
2. The paint in the spray, as opposed to a professional application in the oven, is weaker and more vulnerable and needs to be treated more gently.
3. Total cost of the project: 760USD
  • Double bubble of Puig (LINK) cost me approx 73USD + 122USDfor shipping (195USD Total)
  • Professional upholsterer cost me approx 120USD.
  • Painting cost me about 200 USD
  • AliExpress disk (LINK) cost me 88USD
  • Shock Absorber 150USD
Advantages:
A nice motorcycle relatively boring, as only the Japanese like to paint, has become an Italian flavor Dom Juan, and it's stunning and dazzling.
The replica I suggested can be painted in different colors, the main thing is to have the same shade in all areas, I chose mustard yellow.

I haven't gone out for a ride on Nastya yet. I am delayed for repairing the burnt coils connector (burnt due to bad contacts). At this time I found out that RS660 have another paint design element that is on the front.
This is how it looks originally:
Tire Wheel Vehicle Automotive lighting Automotive tire
Automotive lighting Automotive tire Motor vehicle Vehicle Rim

This is how our front looks like originall:
Tire Vehicle Wheel Automotive lighting Motorcycle
Automotive tire Automotive lighting Vehicle Motor vehicle Motorcycle

And that's what I chose to do to:
A mustard-colored logo, on a frame colored background, and both are reinforced with pearl (gold metallic), with a glossy finish above.

1) I am very perplexed on the yellow saddle (number 1), for me it is a color that is easily dirty, I would not have changed the color of the saddle.
Yes, I realized it after it was already done, well, to be beautiful you have to suffer. We will see how serious the situation will be at year from now😄 As a design item you can't give it up, it has a "central weight" in this whole special look.
2) (My paint wheel) if they resist over time. I always thought it would have been a nice blow for my motorcycle to put the orange rims of the Repsol version that surely as standard have a very robust painting, what do you say?
I say you are right again, this time regarding the robust painting, yes my color is much less robust.
I chose to go with the mustard color because I think the yellow tones are very nice on the black background.
I started with the gold handles even before the current project, and even before the current project the sticker "Nastya" was also in yellow. So I think it's appropriate to go for a yellow shade this time as well. The SAVORY ORANGE (LINK) of the Repsol can also be excellent, then you can match other colors to the shade of the rim.
Very nice thought.
3) ...the lower tip (number 7): how much will the painting to the stony, rain, salt in winter be painted? I would be sorry that such a good job was ruined by wear!
I don't think it will be that sensitive, but we'll see.
Next time It takes less time to fix or re-paint, because I gained experience in painting, and also because deciding what the item will look like took me a lot of time, it is easier to reproduce what already designed.
I can tell that the "Nastya" sticker is the same yellow sticker that I already had, I just removed the yellow color from it with thinner (and the color of its plastic is white), it has not worn off in the last year.

I went for a ride on Nastya, the experience is very good as well as the performance:
  • The Spanish wind shield does an improved job, and therefore meets all my expectations.
  • Adjusting the valves one stop back (-0.025) seems to have also contributed to the slight improvement in the performance.
  • And I also increased the quality of the oil from Motul 5100 semi-syntheticto TO 300V full synthetic for racing

All the items together, without trying to separate, because it is impossible, contributed to the improvement of performance. The engine rises faster to the high rpm, the exhaust also screams differently, a more impressive and deep sound... and of course the new paintwork which is both beautiful and entertaining.

"Second opinion"
Today I went for more significantly ride. The difference is really noticeable, a difference for the better.
Another 5 km/h was added to the cruising speed (from 100 to 105km/h), and in my opinion the wind noise and the engine are also weaker (by the way, the oil change I mentioned above - Motul 300V).
At 120 km/h it is still feels unpleasant to me, but there is less wind resistance than before, it is not a dramatic change, but it can be distinctly noticed.
So as I wrote before, I don't know which of the three factors is dominant, I estimate that the wind shield, because physics is such that the wind resistance component is the dominant parameter at high speeds.
So with Puig Racing Screen I also get a more effective wind shield, and a more beautiful one, and there is one drawback: It cost me a lot (because of the shipping fees), but it's a good investment, and I'm very happy with it.
