I just wasted 45 minutes trying to come up with the story line of that video. 30 minutes playing and replaying it and 15 minutes using Google translator on the Youtube comments.
All I figured out was that the whole thing took place in the same spot. The girl was wearning a blue surgical mask. The place the girl squared down while inside the tent was 25' down the street from where she was picked up.
Here are some Goolgle translations:

I understand a little bit of Mandarin Chinese. They are basically talking up the convenience of the cover and how great all the features are, in standard salesperson type language.
That thing would really make sense for the dense (read 'slow') urban commuter or messenger courier.
