Hello internets, I had a question I am sure someone on this forum will be able to answer. I am planning on riding all weather all year and was wondering if anyone could lend me some advice on good tires to make this happen. I live in Oregon so most likely it will be on the rainy side most of the year. Thanks!

god NO. IRC's and wet road. it is the cheapest option,,,thats about all.
Rider training course and body positioning even cheaper, it will save your life long before a different tyre will..... unless you are pushing 110%??

Stock IRCs have been great for me. From below freezing (dry only) to 90+, wet, dry, poor surface conditions...No complaints. That being said, when I wear these out, I will probably go for an upgrade.

I'm finding that my stock tires are breaking traction more and more... well the rear one. I've still got like 75% tread but it just feels like it gives too easily now.

I had BT-45s on my old Ninja 250.

They felt pretty good, and are relatively cheap. Maybe I'll go for them after the IRCs. I didn't like my IRC's on the Ninja, but I am ok with them on the CBR. I was doing some more aggressive riding on the Ninja though.

mt75 is what i use on my drag bikes front. they have held up to alot more pressure than a 250 could ever put on them. all while inflated to 50 psi and traveling 190+mph. ill try them in the winter. a you tube video showed they get really hot and melt fast with HARD riding (ie, deals gap, road courses, etc) ill probably run shinko 009 in the summer. work great on the sport bikes and last forever.
