Well folks today is the day I officially joined the ranks of my fellow motercycle riders .

Today I was ridding along , enjoying the scenery , when I saw a car coming to a one way stop sign intersecting my straight path . Remembering that I am invisible and car drivers want to kill me I slowed down , thankfully . He basically went right through the stop , not even looking and had I not anticipated his move I would have drove right into him .

So there you have it , my first heads up moment of riding my 250 .

Arguably I'd say it works -- I tend to do it (or similar) whenever I see a car ready to pull out or turn left (even if they see me, they wonder what the hell am I doing, which causes them to stop and reassess).

Also nice to see another CBR in and around Durham (I'm in Scarborough but my family lives out in Courtice).
