My trip odo may have reset itself. I was using it for oil change interval, but I looked down this morning and it was at 94. I was nearing 1000. Does the trip odo top out at 1000? I also thought I might have had a power surge or "gap" but that should reset the clock too and the clock is fine.

Just a wild guess: has the battery gotten disconnected?

It probably rolls over at 1000.

Yup... trip odo reads to 999.9 miles, then back to 0.0

Well that sucks for me. I guess I'll have to set up my oil changes in a excel program with my gas milage. That will let me setup the other maintenance intervals too. I currently use Gas Buddy to track milage simply because I have been too lazy to get excel setup.

Or you could go old school, and just write down the odometer mileage on paper at each service interval. I tend to keep things simple, so I have more time for riding motorcycles.
