Hello fellow riders! This is probably a minor issue but il check with u guys anyway. So I tightened my chain today, (25mm slack at tightest point) and took her for a ride, but noticed that when I accelerate in 6th gear there is noticeably more vibration than before. Is this a problem?

Make sure it's not too tight. Check the chain in a few different positions, as it can be slack in one point, but tight in another. Make sure it's well lubricated too. Riding with a tight chain can permanently damage the bearing on the sprocket shaft, and that's big money to replace. If in doubt, err on the slack side. ;)

25 mm is not quite enough slack... 30 mm at the tightest point is a better minimum setting. There is really nothing to be gained by running the drive chain that tight. As Wynne pointed out, running the chain too tight and you run the risk of counter shaft output bearing damage.

As to the vibration issue, when adjusting the chain tension you want to make sure you end up with the rear axle parallel to the swing arm pivot axle. Just measure between the rear axle center point, and the swing arm pivot axle center point on each side, and tighten/loosen the rear axle adjuster nuts accordingly.
