It is a 1974 Rickman Honda CR750!! The CR stands for Competition Replica! Motor is a 1971 CB750K1 engine, bored out to 810cc with a Norris R grind cam, lots of head work done! Frame is Nickle plated chrome moly, wheels are Borranni, brakes are Lockheed all around! All bodywork is fiberglass and in original Daytona Orange gel coat! Should be on the road by the Springtime. The last picture is of a friends bike, so you can get an idea of the completed machine!

This was a rolling chassis kit that was available from Rickman starting in 1974. Cost then was $1700 and you needed a donor CB750, which was about the same money. Lots of dough back then!

Enjoy, Phil

Very jealous. If I ever have a proper shop and tools, I'd love to restore an old 70's Honda someday.
