Got myself a 2011. Any ideas of what the optimal shifting rpms are? Rmps for acceleration? RPMS for coasting?

Whatever feels and sounds comfortable.

Technical instructions are located in your bike manual as well.

About 9000 is optimum power but often run to 10,000+ so it dumps the next gear into the fat part of the powerband for the upshift.
All about keeping momentum on our slow bikes.

after riding today, i find 4k rpms are best for coasting.... 5500 to 6000 for shifting
Perfectly acceptable, I'm sure that's what most of us do on a normal ride.
