I thought so Mike, hence your comment about a defective tyre / cords etcI had the same thought... very strange considering most stands should lift the tire at least a half inch, or more off the floor.
If ever there was a need for pictures, or even better, a video showing the tire as it is rotating and making contact with the floor. How about it Robert?
