update for my bike dates, got mine delivered yesterday. so my dates are

deposit 08/03/2011, delivery to dealer 02/04/2011, deliver to me 19/04/2011

average deliver to owners are bit slow, as this is first time the local sole distributor are handling CBU Imports.

Put a deposit down March 21 in Ontario Canada, Still no real date when i will get the bike. Ordered a Black with ABS

Talked to Honda Canada on the phone today. I got a date of mid to late May for the CBR. Then I was told the ABS models might be a little later, perhaps June. AHHHhhhh!!! Summer is short and the good days are wasting away.

The bike arrived at the dealer on April 29th. Only 1 red/silver non-abs. Finished all paper work and delivered to my door on April 30th. I originally wanted to wait for the ABS but there's no actual date and couldn't wait any longer. The dealer said they originally ordered like 20 units+ but they were reduced to only 4 units for the rest of this year. The day I was signing papers, some guy came in trying to offer $1000 more than what i paid. That's ridiculous! Good thing my dealer already promised me the bike.

I HAD a deposit on a black abs. Spoke to my dealer today and he found out he is getting 1 abs and it is going to be red and not till the end of july early august. He has a black non abs that I will be picking up Friday 5/6/11. WOOT WOO!!!!!
