Excellent

Excellent work. I see you are a DIYer like me who wants to get the most out of your bike. There is a crazy loud noise that comes off of the boundry at the top of the screen at speeds above 60mph. It forces you to choose between riding scrunched all the way down to get your helmet completely under it (highway cruising) or getting no lower than letting the noise layer ride up just over the collar bone (city traffic). I have been wondering about the possibility of heating the lower portion of the screen with a heat gun to bend the whole thing forward an inch just to slightly raise the top edge and to kick the bubble up just a bit so I don't have to duck so low. The wind noise is actually pleasntly quiet if you can get your helmet under the top of the screen. My dealer has a used screen that came in damaged on one wing that I am trying to talk them into giving to me to experiment with.
Maybe when you get the shape exactly as you want it you could tape off a straight line on either side of the joint to run a thin bead of clear silicone to seal up the transition.
PS
Nobody likes my rack either but I bought the bike to ride, not to look at and I always need to carry a lot of stuff back and forth to work.

ZG

I called Zero Gravity once before and if we all start calling them they will realize there is money to be made if they can offer a double bubble and sport touring style replacement windscreen for the CBR250R. I have the ZG sport touring screen on my Ninja and it is uncanny how dead silent it is when tucked. It might be a little too large for the best economy though.
