WARNING:CONTENT MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE TO WATCH
Personally I didn't see anything gory or inappropriate...
Just a reminder to be vigilant & aware... for those of us about to flock to the roads on 2 tires as we are just about to start getting warm riding weather

If you're looking at being vigilent and aware, this is an interesting read:
http://speedcamerareport.co.uk/dft_motorcycle_accidents.pdf
A UK survey of motorcycle accidents, their causes, risk factors and how they could have been avoided.
Right of way violations as mostly feature in the your video are actually a close second to single vehicle accidents, i.e loosing it on a bend. For small engine displacement bikes with novice riders, there is an increased risk of rear end shunts, i.e inexperience causing them to ride into the back of someone.
The number one reccomendation it makes to recude the number or severtiy of accidents is to ride at an appropriate speed for the conditions, including on bends, even though only 1.2% of riders in the survey considered observing the speed limit to be an important safety factor
