Let me guess... was the VFR was a Ruby Red/Silver version?

kadookoo, yeah, up in Edison a month or so sitting having a cup of Joe, with a buddy, and this couple come up looking curiously at our bikes, he has a Newer BMW r1200 sport bike with a wicked looking carbon fiber exhaust with titanium header ($3000.) so naturally, i thought they were checking his bike out, but…No, It was My CBR, She was riding an Identically colored ( Yes, MIKE, Red/Silver, VFR1200 ) and saw me ride by, So she wanted to see this New, Small VFR, Nice couple, Very strong German or Swiss? accents. They liked the bike. Just goes to show ya, the CBR is a looker.

 

haha yeah I was gonna say "or it could have been a new bmw that passed by me" But I was pretty sure it was a vfr.

is one beautiful honda road motorcycle...

she gets compliments from riders and others
and esp old blokes [like me] sitting at busstops
etc, looking wistfully, even longingly, as we ease
on bye, burbling the honda 4 stroke single song..

 

ive had my 2013 cherry red been confused for a larger bike at multiple occasions usually at non-Honda dealerships mistaking it for a 500. the look on their face when i tell them its a 250 is priceless

 

I believe I saw a VFR while driving today and definitely could see how someone could mistake the two. It was a tricolor, good looking bike... Interesting to see the similar styling queues.
